Ledger Building Garage

New rooms were added to the basement of the Ledger Apartment building in Old City, Philadelphia. New supply and return diffusers were for the new spaces, and connected to the existing fan coil unit. New exhaust fans were added to the new restrooms which also connected to the existing building riser.
