Renovations to an existing tenant space with a square footage of 2,585. A new proposed floor plan was designed with the relocation of existing diffusers, new toilet lines tied into existing plumbing lines, and relocation of electrical fixtures. The addition of a new walk-in refrigerator and freezer is proposed, while also demonstrating compliance with all electrical, energy conservation, and mechanical code requirements.
