A total of 3600 Sq. Ft. space near Love Park and Philadelphia's City Hall. With the demolition of the previous space, all new supply ductwork connected to the existing supply ductwork. All new exhaust ductwork connected to the existing building's exhaust system. All new electrical fixtures were connected to the existing panel in the space. New hot water heater and plumbing connections were designed.
